On behalf of The Faculty of Military Pharmacy, The Republic of Indonesia Defense University, I would like to welcome you to the 1st International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Military Pharmacy (ICOPMAP). Our first conference is scheduled on September 3rd – 4th, 2021 by virtual format meeting due to the safety and health of our participants becoming our most priority.
We take the themes of Pharmacy Collaboration in Achieving Health Resilience. Pharmacy is not a single-hand science. It absolutely needs collaboration for achieving health resilience. In the scientific session, we will distinguish the group into Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology and Biomedical Science, Clinical Pharmacy, as well as Military Pharmacy. Those groups have connections to each other to find a breakthrough in drug discovery and development, as well as to determine the appropriateness of drug therapy for personalized medicine. Currently, we emphasize the collaboration to our unique field in military pharmacy, which will be integrated in five fields of pharmaceutical sciences. Moreover, all speakers represent pharmaceutical scientists around the world which cover all scientific fields.
ICOPMAP is a translation of our commitment to the development of pharmaceutical sciences, clinical pharmacy, and military pharmacy. The conference is also aimed to establish collaborative cooperation with scholars and practitioners from all over the world. Moreover, ICOPMAP is supported by distinguished speakers in plenary and scientific sessions from other leading universities overseas and the pharmaceutical industries. Therefore, it will not only gain international recognition but also have a greater impact on the quality of life of nations. I am certain that ICOPMAP will be a monumental event in the collaborative era to overcome this pandemic situation by achieving global health resilience.
We invite all the undergraduate cadets in The Republic of Indonesia Defense University, military pharmacy practitioners, pharmacists from pharmaceutical industries, community and clinical pharmacist, lecturer, pharmacy students, and researcher to be a presenter and participants in this conference.
