RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PRESENTERS

The scientific programme of this conference is open to the submission of abstracts for Oral and Poster presentations.

The presenting author should be a paid registrant of the conference.
Abstracts can only be submitted via the online abstract submission system.
A document (.docx or .pdf file) must be in English that includes the title(s), author(s) and affiliation(s), and an abstract of the presentation should be uploaded to the online submission system.
The presenting authors have full responsibility for the content, submission, and presentation of the abstract, and retain full copyright of their abstract and presentation.
The abstract will be reviewed by the Conference Scientific Committee. The acceptance of abstract and type of presentation (LoA for Oral or Poster as per author’s preference) will be notified by e-mail and through the presenting author’s account on icopmap.com starting from August 15^th, 2024.
Please notify that LoA only will be sent to the author after payment proof has been verified.
A notification of the receipt of the abstract will be sent by e-mail upon completion of the abstract submission.
